Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. Signs Lease at The Offices at 3900 Hamilton with GSA for the 2020 United States Census
US Census 2020
February, 2019 | Allentown, PA, Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. has completed a lease transaction for 7,000 square feet with The General Services Administration (GSA) to have the 2020 Census locate in The Offices at 3900 Hamilton Center, 3900 Hamilton Boulevard in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The Lease was signed in June 2018 and The Census will occupy the space in June 2019.
“We are pleased to welcome the 2020 Census to the Offices at 3900 Hamilton. The United States Census has been a boon to our local job market and to our nationwide economy,” says Jeff Epstein.
