Industrial Park VI (LVIP-VI) in Bethlehem Township, Pennsylvania.
ARC: A Kleen Tech Company
2810 Emrick Boulevard, consisting of 4,230 square feet, was leased to ARC Maintenance, a Kleen Tech Company, headquartered in Denver, Colorado. ARC Maintenance is a commercial janitorial service provider servicing facilities throughout the Lehigh Valley.
