(Nasdaq: MPB).

2850 Emrick Boulevard, consisting of 4,090 square feet, was leased to Area Wide Protective (AWP), Inc., a provider of essential safety services to the transportation, energy, telecommunications, and water utility sectors safety based in North Canton, Ohio.

“2800 Emrick will be a great location for AWP – it’s one of the best locations in the Lehigh Valley. Additionally, we really enjoyed working with the team at Berger-Epstein Associates who understood our needs and were very accommodating.
