Mr. Epstein is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Miami. He began his business career in the mortgage lending business with a Florida-based Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). In 1971 he joined a family real estate business, David Epstein & Sons, and in 1976 he started Epstein Realty Company, a real estate brokerage, investment, management and development company.
In 2013, Mr. Epstein was recognized by the Lehigh Valley Association of REALTORS® as REALTOR® Emeritus. This achievement of the Emeritus status was earned after his forty years of membership in the Lehigh Valley Association of REALTORS®. This title has been approved by the Board of Directors of the National Association of REALTORS®.
In 1984, Mr. Epstein and Mr. William M. Berger formed Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. In 2004, Mr. Epstein’s son, Jonathan Epstein, joined the family business becoming a fourth generation real estate practitioner.
