Jonathan Epstein, CCIM of Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. Nominated as Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware CCIM Chapter President
December, 2013 | Allentown, PA, Jonathan Epstein, CCIM, of Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. has been nominated to serve as the President for the PA/NJ/DE CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Chapter President. Mr. Epstein has been installed by the Chapter Board of Directors on December 17, 2013, and will serve as Chapter President until 2015.
Mr. Epstein has been very active with the PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter, and has served on its Board since 2009. He has served on its Strategic Planning and Portfolio Workshop committees.
The PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter is comprised of over 200 members, both CCIM Designees and Candidates. The CCIM Designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of a graduate?level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience. Less than one percent of commercial real estate professionals in the world hold the CCIM designation. Mr. Epstein earned the designation by passing the Institute’s Comprehensive Examination, the final element in the designation process.
CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. The Chicago-based CCIM Institute is an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors® and is the governing body of the largest commercial real estate network in the world.
