Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. Signs Lease at The Offices at 3900 Hamilton Center with Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Office of Maternal Fetal Medicine
February, 2014 | Allentown, PA, Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. has completed a lease transaction for over 14,000 square feet in The Offices at 3900 Hamilton Center, 3900 Hamilton Boulevard in Allentown, Pennsylvania, with Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) for their Center for Advanced Perinatal Care and Maternal Fetal Medicine Office Practice.
The new practice contains state-of-the-art equipment along with outpatient hospital testing facilities fully equipped to deal with all aspects of a woman’s pregnancy; from routine ultrasounds to any complications that might arise. The Offices at 3900 Hamilton enabled the practice to grow from its prior location at the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest location. “We are delighted to welcome LVHN to The Offices at 3900 Hamilton Center,” says Jonathan Epstein, CCIM of Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc., the property owner and managing agency.
