BEA Leases to ARC Maintenance, a Kleen-Tech Company

Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. Signs 4,230 Square Foot Lease with ARC Maintenance, a Kleen Tech Company at 2800 Emrick Boulevard, Bethlehem Township, PA

October, 2021 | Allentown, PA: Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. has completed a lease transaction at 2800 Emrick Boulevard, a multi-tenant office/flex building located in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI (LVIP-VI) in Bethlehem Township, Pennsylvania.

2810 Emrick Boulevard, consisting of 4,230 square feet, was leased to ARC Maintenance, a Kleen Tech Company, headquartered in Denver, Colorado. ARC Maintenance is a commercial janitorial service provider servicing facilities throughout the Lehigh Valley.
