Mr. Epstein is a fourth-generation real estate practitioner working with his father, Jeff A. Epstein. Mr. Epstein has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Mr. Epstein has been invited to share his expertise in Commercial Real Estate by the Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley (CACLV), the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Association of Builders and Contractors, the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of CommerceLehigh Valley Business, and Lehigh University. His opinions have also been published in Commercial Investment Real Estate Magazine,  Fortune and the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal.

Mr. Epstein is a past president (2014) and long-serving board member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware CCIM Chapter. The mission of the PA/NJ/DE Chapter is to provide its designees and candidates with the highest quality of marketing and networking opportunities, services and education to broaden, enhance and enrich their business.

Mr. Epstein is also a co-inventor with James N. Seip, of the Salamander Reservoir, a patented device designed to connect and protect wet and dry life safety sprinkler systems.

In 2009, Mr. Epstein was selected as one of the 20 most accomplished and sharply focused individuals under the age of forty by the Eastern Pennsylvania Business Journal (now Lehigh Valley Business) in their annual 20 Under 40 salute to youthful achievers.

Mr. Epstein also participates in and fund raises for the annual Multiple Sclerosis City-To-Shore bike ride. To date, he has raised over $100,000 for the National MS Society and celebrated over a decade of cycling in this regional event. His efforts consistently rank him as a Top-25 fundraiser for a cause very near to his heart and close to his family.

Mr. Epstein is the Chairman and a charter trustee of the Great Allentown Fair Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization that provides philanthropic opportunities through grants and charitable donations to preserve, enrich, and advance agriculture. Through scholarships, educational programs, incentives and events, the Foundation supports the Great Allentown Fair and programs of the Lehigh County Agricultural Society.

Additionally, Mr. Epstein is very active serving his community including a board position on The Fund to Benefit Children & Youth which provides abused, neglected, and at-risk children in Lehigh and Northampton Counties with the items and services that traditional community and government sources cannot provide.

Until 2016, Mr. Epstein had been very active with the Allentown Rotary Club and served as its President for the 2012-2013 term. For the Allentown Rotary Club, he has chaired various service projects, including “Pool Pals” and the local execution of the national program, The Dictionary Project which supplies student dictionaries at no cost to every third grader in the Allentown School District.

Prior to joining Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc., Mr. Epstein held various sales and engineering positions for early-stage private technology companies in Silicon Valley.
