Jonathan Epstein, CCIM of Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. raises over $9,000 for National Multiple Sclerosis Society
October, 2013 | Allentown, PA, Jonathan Epstein, CCIM of Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce that he has raised over $9,000 for the Greater Delaware Valley chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society for its 2013 City to Shore bike ride in Ocean City, New Jersey.
Mr. Epstein has participated in this charitable ride for 9 years, and has raised over $68,000 for this cause near to his heart and close to his family. Mr. Epstein’s accomplishments consistently earn him designations in the Top 25 and Top 50 fundraisers for the event out of the thousands who ride annually.
“I am thankful for the support of my family, my friends, and of course, my sponsors. It is only with their help that we are $9,000 closer to finding a cure for MS,” says Epstein.
This year, the City to Shore ride collected over $5.6 million, breaking the Chapter’s fundraising goal, and making it the most successful event in the Chapter’s history. “City to Shore is incredibly important to the 14,000 local people affected by MS and their families,” says Tami Caesar, President of the Greater Delaware Valley Chapter of the National MS Society.
MS stops people from moving. The National MS Society exists to make sure it doesn’t. Through its 50-state network of chapters, the Society funds more MS research, provides more services to people with MS, offers more professional education and furthers more advocacy efforts than any other MS organization in the world.
